As a licensed real estate agent and the broker of Hometown Realty Company, John actively collaborates with property owners, aiding them in constructing and nurturing their investment portfolios. Beyond his professional achievements, he embraces his roles as a devoted father to Phillip, Cathleen, and Rafe, and a loving husband to Beverly. John is a fervent advocate for his community in Hot Springs, proudly participating in local activities and representing his cherished family-owned business, nestled in the heart of downtown Hot Springs. His commitment to family, community, his employees, and his business is truly commendable.
Cathleen Criss
Business Development Manager
Cathleen is our dedicated Business Development Manager at Real Property Management Hometown and is responsible for fostering new client relationships and tirelessly working to expand our property portfolio. A proud alumna of Lakeside High School, she furthered her education with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas and a Master’s degree from Henderson State University. Cathleen presently maintains an Arkansas real estate license and is ready to assist you with your upcoming real estate investment purchase or property management needs. Heather is a proud native of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and is an invaluable member of the Real Property Management Hometown team. In her multifaceted role, she serves as the office manager, oversees short-term rentals, and leads the accounting division. When she’s not immersed in her professional responsibilities, Heather finds joy in spending quality time with her loving family, including her husband, three children, and two cherished grandchildren. Her contributions are essential to our success, and we are truly grateful for all that she does!
Blake Beasley
Property Manager
Blake is the dedicated Property Manager at Real Property Management Hometown. In his pivotal role, Blake expertly oversees resident relations for a portfolio of over 275 properties. Thanks to his astute leadership, our properties flourish, vacancies diminish, and our goals are consistently achieved. Beyond his professional commitments, Blake is an active and valued member of his church, where he passionately serves on the worship team. Recently, Blake and his wife, Mallory, welcomed their first child into the world, embracing the joys of parenthood. Despite his relatively short tenure with RPM Hometown, Blake has rapidly become an indispensable cornerstone of our team.

Phillip Criss is The proud owner of Real Property Management Hometown – Central Arkansas. Following in his father’s footsteps, he initiated this venture back in 2019 and has since expanded the company to encompass around 250 doors in his market, which includes Benton, Bryant, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Maumelle, Cabot, Sherwood, Jacksonville, etc. As a licensed real estate agent and the broker of Hometown Investments and Realty, Phillip actively collaborates with property owners, aiding them in constructing and nurturing their investment portfolios. Phillip is passionate about his cherished family-owned business, which started in his hometown in the heart of downtown Hot Springs and has now grown to something quite larger. Phillip is committed to RPM Hometown and is looking forward to sharing his knowledge in property management as well as information on the local real estate market with you all.

Meet our Maintenance Coordinator, Dylan Codera, who joined our team at Real Property Management Hometown this past year. Dylan finds fulfillment in the problem-solving nature of their job, they thrive on quick and effective solutions, managing repairs, schedules, and using cost-effective measures to do so. In this dynamic role, collaboration is a key aspect. Dylan works closely with residents, owners, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
