Outsource Cleaning and Maintenance Management: Whenever possible, we will perform maintenance and upkeep “in-house”. In situations that require special maintenance and for cleaning, we will manage 3rd party vendors to perform those tasks.  Any costs for cleaning and maintenance will be at the OWNER’s cost.

 

Marketing and Advertising Expense: Real Property Management Hometown will market the short-term rental property toward potential rental customers. Any vendor costs for outsourced work will be at the OWNER’s cost.
